There is a song by The Beach Boys titled “God Only Knows” whose famous chorus sings, “God only knows what I’d be without you.” As Amin and I sat there waiting for our dinner to arrive, this song came to mind. With patio lights twinkling and Amin at my side, only I really know where and who I’d be without him.
